This will show how one can become active, resilient, and dedicated to his mission. We all know the valor of the Indian Army makes us feel so proud to be an Indian. Not only do we feel safe and secure we are also inspired to do the same bravery act when it is needed like by helping someone, rescue someone, and protest or protect against illegal, untoward, and illicit activities. At the time of witnessing or listening to the gallantry act of Brave Indian Army, we are encouraged to listen again about the same.
Daily Routine for a Healthy and Active Lifestyle
- Wake up early in the morning and start your day with physical exercise such as jogging, yoga, or cycling.
