Joining the Indian Army - A Dream for Youth

         I still have a dream to join the Indian Army. I think many youth like and follow the Brave Indian Army.


BRAVE INDIAN ARMY 

All citizens should follow the Indian Army’s training session, their exercise, their caliber to endurance, overcome hurdles, and the TOUGH situation in life.


BRAVE INDIAN ARMY 


This will show how one can become active, resilient, and dedicated to his mission. We all know the valor of the Indian Army makes us feel so proud to be an Indian. Not only do we feel safe and secure we are also inspired to do the same bravery act when it is needed like by helping someone, rescue someone, and protest or protect against illegal, untoward, and illicit activities. At the time of witnessing or listening to the gallantry act of Brave Indian Army, we are encouraged to listen again about the same.
    
We all must follow the basic rules to be active like get up early from bed and exercise then after participating in an active work schedule we just have to go to bed early. And last but not least it is to have a proper healthy diet.

Daily Routine for a Healthy and Active Lifestyle

  1. Wake up early in the morning and start your day with physical exercise such as jogging, yoga, or cycling.
  2. Follow a healthy diet that includes a balance of nutrients and vitamins. Consume plenty of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains.
  3. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized.
  4. Stay active throughout the day, even if you have a sedentary job. Take short breaks to stretch or take a walk.
  5. Take part in regular physical activities such as sports or gym sessions to maintain your fitness level.
  6. Get enough sleep at night to rejuvenate your body and mind. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night.
By following these daily routines, you can stay fit, active, and healthy, just like the Indian Army.

In conclusion, the Indian Army is not just a symbol of bravery and strength but also an inspiration for millions of young people who aspire to join it. The discipline, endurance, and dedication shown by the Indian Army can be applied to our daily lives to achieve our goals and lead a healthy and active lifestyle. By following a routine that includes regular physical exercise, a healthy diet, staying hydrated, and getting enough sleep, we can build resilience and stay motivated to face the challenges that life throws at us. So let's take inspiration from the Indian Army and strive to lead a disciplined and fulfilling life.

What do I think when I decide to do something? I have no other thoughts but only to get the goal. Yes, I know many also target to achieve the same.  But I have no option to change my goal.  I will give my best and let it happen whatever comes out of this.  Have you ever seen somebody run to put the football into the goal, have to dodge some players who try to restrict him but as the aim is to push the ball into the net then nothing makes resistance?
